Education Program

CHAMP education teams make presentations to schools, universities, not for profit organizations, businesses, and scout groups in the greater St. Louis area. These community programs promote public education around canine care, disability awareness, and ways dogs provide comfort and assist people.

CHAMP Education Programs are individually designed to meet YOUR organization's goals.

A team member along with a certified therapy, service, or education dog leads each presentation; all include age-appropriate lessons and interactive opportunities.

Program Topics include:

  • How to Safely Greet a Dog
  • Pet Care
  • How Dogs Help People
  • Ability Awareness
  • What is a Service Animal
  • What Rights Businesses Have Regarding Service Dogs

The CHAMP Education Program is user friendly! We come to your location on a date & time that meets your schedule. The education teams use positive training techniques to demonstrate therapy & service dog skills. Our background & experience includes working with populations from preschool through adults whether in schools or the business & not for profit communities.

We look forward to meeting you and spreading the word on the incredible joy our special dogs provide to the children and adults in the St. Louis area!
