C.H.A.M.P., Inc. volunteers and their special therapy animals spread joy to children and adults in hospitals, assisted living centers, rehabilitation facilities, and schools.
After successfully completing an interesting and fun 16 week program, our C.H.A.M.P.ion Therapy Animal Teams are well prepared for a variety of opportunities.
- Therapeutic Services - Provide Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) or Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) to health care facilities
- Placement Services - Work with our students and families awaiting the placement of a C.H.A.M.P., Inc. service dog
- Education Program - Assist with presentations at schools and to adult groups
- Reading Program - Help children learn to enjoy reading in a positive setting
