In the event you would like to make a donation to our organization, we do request you provide your name and address so we may acknowledge your generosity with a "Thank You". We publish the names of our donors in our biannual newsletter, The C.H.A.M.P.ion Connection, unless a donor requests to remain anonymous.

We add donors' information to our database, and we use our database to send out our biannual newsletter, plus occasional other mailings from our organization. If you would like to be added to or removed from our mailing list, please contact our office at (314) 653-9466.

Lastly, C.H.A.M.P., Inc. will NEVER rent, lend or sell your information to any other person or organization.
