Jim Seitz, Treasurer

Jim Seitz joined the CHAMP Board of Directors as Treasurer in October 2025, bringing more than four decades of banking, financial management, and nonprofit leadership experience to the organization.

Jim serves as Executive Vice President of Lindell Bank & Trust Company, where he has worked since 1985. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed extensive expertise in finance, accounting, strategic planning, and community development. His commitment to strong financial stewardship and community engagement has made him a respected leader in both the banking and nonprofit sectors.

In addition to his role with CHAMP, Jim has served on numerous boards and leadership committees throughout the St. Louis region. His current and past board service includes Secretary of Lindell Bank & Trust Company, President of the Dwight F. Davis Memorial Tennis Center, Assistant Treasurer of the Second District Police Business Association, Vice President of the St. Louis Local Development Company, and Treasurer of STL Venture Works.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

A passionate supporter of CHAMP’s mission, Jim and his wife, Jeannine, have volunteered as puppy raisers for service dogs-in-training on five separate occasions. Their dedication to the program has included raising two breeding dogs that produced four litters of future assistance dogs. Jim is pictured with Porsche as a puppy. Porsche went on to have two litters of exceptional yellow Labrador Retrievers, many of whom have become assistance dogs or assistance dogs-in-training through CHAMP.
